1. Refund Eligibility:
   - To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 3 days from the date of delivery.
   - The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  - Certain products, such as customized or made-to-order items, may not be eligible for a refund. Please check the product description or contact our customer support for clarification.

   - Custom-made LED  mirrors are not eligible for returns or refunds.

2. Return Process:
   - To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at returns@smartsolutionsghy.com / +919707024411 (10:00 am to 6:30 pm) within the specified refund eligibility period.
   - Provide your order number, item description, and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.
   - Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

3. Return Shipping:
   - You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
   - We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking and insurance for your return shipment. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.

4. Inspection and Refund:
   - Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the refund eligibility criteria.
   - If the returned item is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7 banking days
   - Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items:
   - The following items are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective:
     - Customized or made-to-order products.
     - Clearance or sale items.

     - Customized or made Glass items &/or LED Mirrors

6. Damaged or Defective Items:
   - If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with supporting evidence (e.g., Unpacking Video).
   - We will arrange for a replacement or offer a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

7. Cancellations:
   - If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
   - If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and provide a full refund.
   - If your order has already been shipped, you will need to initiate a return upon receiving the item.

Please note that this refund and return policy applies only to purchases made directly from Smart Solutions. If you purchased our products through a third-party retailer, please refer to their respective refund and return policies.
